How this address is kept

The Department collects only what it needs to open the Window, file a petition, and — if you buy a copy — send the document. Nothing here is sold.

What is recorded

• The email you register, so the Window can recognise you after you click the stamp in the letter.
• The date, language and network address of that registration.
• The petition you file: names, wish and ruling, so the letter can be issued.
• If you buy a framed copy: the name, address and phone you give Stripe, passed to Printify for printing and postage.

Why

To run the game, confirm the address is yours, keep a protocol number, deliver the digital or printed copy you ordered, and stop automated abuse of the desk. Legal basis: the service you asked for, and the Department's legitimate interest in keeping the archive in order.

Who else sees it

Stripe processes the payment. Printify prints and ships the frame. The Department writes to the address on file — the filing notice and the order receipt. None of them receive your petition unless it is printed on the canvas you bought. There is no advertising network and no sale of addresses.

How long

The email stays on file while the Window still needs to recognise you. A filed letter is kept so a paid copy can be reprinted. You may ask for erasure at genie@trickygenie.com.

Your rights

You may ask what is on file, correct it, erase it, or restrict its use, under Brazilian law (LGPD). Write to genie@trickygenie.com. The Department answers as a clerk, not as a chatbot.
